Initiation/Stock/Assessment Fee Tag

This fee includes a special assessment of $1000 for capital improvements and a one-time initiation/stock fee of $715 (i.e. a $700 non-refundable initiations fee plus the purchase of one share of WMSPA stock valued at $15). The stock is non-transferable, but is refundable when exiting a membership. Stock-owners may vote annually on the Pool Board Slate, Budget, and any other pool votes up for review.
